God Loves to Declare His Plans!
One of the great joys of the Christian life is recognizing and acknowledging the plan of God as it unfolds before our eyes. There is a deep confidence that comes from knowing what is happening is a direct answer to prayer and a clear manifestation of God’s work.
How empty life would be if we failed to see the power of God moving amid our daily lives. That was never His plan for you and me. God desires to be active in every part of our lives, revealing Himself in the arena of our circumstances. This is both exciting and life-giving, and it is something every Christian should earnestly desire to see come to fruition.
Scripture reminds us that God alone sees the whole story. He has made Himself known through His Word, told us where history is going, and revealed the Savior who came into the world for us. We do not have to live without hope or direction. The God who knows the end from the beginning has spoken.
God does not want to keep you in the dark about His desire for your life. He will go to great depths to make His will and His love known. Our faith grows when we look back and recognize all that God has done through His Son, Jesus.
God loves to declare His plans!
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone this coming Sunday as we worship, share in communion, pray, and hear from God’s Word. Hope to see you then!

God Lives in the Impossible
Faith is an incredible virtue God places within our hearts—one we learn to embrace, carry, and depend upon throughout every season of life. There may be some things in the Christian walk that people try to question, overlook, or even debate, but the place and importance of faith in the life of a believer is beyond dispute.
Ezekiel 37 presents the powerful vision of the Valley of Dry Bones, a vivid picture of spiritual deadness and hopelessness. Through Ezekiel’s obedience and the commands God gave him, we gain a clearer understanding of what God desired to do—and what God was fully able to do—even in the middle of deep distress.
After reading this passage for many years, I am still encouraged by its message: no matter what I may be facing, no matter how dark the night may become or how difficult the road may seem, God understands my situation and is able to bring something incredible out of it.
And the same truth is for you. God sees where you are, understands what you are facing, and still has the power to breathe life into what may appear impossible.
- It is through the impossible that God’s power is best realized.
- Be careful not to limit yourself by your own lack of faith.
- Because of obedience, the power of God was revealed and the will of God was accomplished.
- Never underestimate the accuracy or the potential of the Word of God as we hear it.
- The issue is never merely the visible prospects or human prognosis. Hear the voice of the living God and act on it.
We have witnessed that reality at TCC. In September 2023, I was sent into what many perceived to be a Valley of Dry Bones. The initial charge was clear: either see something happen or close it. But God began to speak, God began to move, and new life began to appear.
God always has a plan for our church and certainly for your life.
Never forget in your walk with God: God lives in the impossible!
