What We Believe
The faith that guides our worship, teaching, and life together.
This statement of faith summarizes the beliefs of Trafalgar Community Church. We welcome honest questions and thoughtful conversation as we seek to follow Jesus Christ together.
God
One God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus
Jesus Christ, His deity, virgin birth, sinless life, vicarious death, burial and bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal future return in power and glory.
Holy Spirit
The present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
Man
The sinfulness of man, and that salvation comes only by God’s grace through faith in the shed blood of Christ.
Eternity
The dead will be raised: believers to everlasting life and unbelievers to eternal judgment.
The Church
The church as the body of Christ, for which He will return, composed of all who have accepted the redemption provided by Christ Jesus.
